Marissa Kubala, BCBA

Marissa stumbled upon ABA when she started working as a Classroom Behavioral Therapist at a school with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. She loved how individualized each student's plan of care was and how ABA was implemented in their IEPs to teach daily living, communication, and social skills while decreasing maladaptive behaviors. Her passion for teaching clients the way they learn best led her to pursue a career as a BCBA. Marissa's varied experience includes working with children from ages 2-18 in school and clinic settings. At Building Blocks Therapy, she enjoys collaborating with other BCBA's and prioritizing compassionate care.
