We're a group of professionally trained board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs) that value client choice, trust, and dignity. We're dedicated to providing compassionate care by staying up to date with the most recent research and trainings and by engaging in the ongoing discussions happening within the autistic and ABA communities. We also offer in-house consultation with a speech therapist for AAC devices, ensuring your child has access to comprehensive communication support.

The NDBI (Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention) approach combines principles from Applied Behavior Analysis and developmental psychology. It offers a more natural, child-led, play-based way to teach skills to young children with autism.
Rather than traditional structured drills, we embed learning within daily routines and social interactions. This leads to better generalization and engagement. We use ABA's measurement methods but set goals based on developmental science, focusing on play, communication, and social skills in real-life settings.
Our play-based approach means your child learns through natural interactions, not structured drills. We also collaborate closely with other professionals including speech therapists to support your child's full development.

We provide compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy. It is at the core of what we do.
Our team is extensively trained directly by Dr. Greg Hanley in Skill-Based Treatment (SBT), feeding, and the sleep approach. We're also trained in other NDBI approaches including the JASPER model, ESDM, and Preschool Life Skills.
This is why many doctors and community resources refer families to us. We stand apart from our peers by prioritizing dignity, client choice, and evidence-based practices that respect the autistic community.
We believe in cross collaboration. Our team works alongside speech therapists, occupational therapists, and your family to create a unified approach to your child's care. We also provide in-house AAC consultation to support communication needs.
Our board-certified ABA therapists are super focused and super caring. There's nothing they won't do for your child's success. We are a proud host of the MetroHealth and University Hospitals Residency Training program. The residents do a rotation at our centers in order to learn about ABA and Autism.
