Shaelyn has always been drawn to helping individuals with autism, which led her to pursue a career in ABA. After falling in love with the field, she went back to school to earn her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2024. With over seven years of experience providing ABA therapy to autistic individuals aged 2-25 in a variety of settings, Shaelyn is particularly passionate about implementing parent training and using function communication training to reduce problem behavior. At Building Blocks Therapy, she enjoys the collaborative and compassionate environment, especially the weekly wins that celebrate the success of their clients.
