Why did you choose to pursue a career in ABA?
Throughout college, I worked with children with special needs in a variety of settings in order to get fieldwork experience. I loved seeing their progress and growth and it motivated me to learn more about career options within the field. I was drawn to how ABA is a fast-paced, fun, and engaging way to help clients grow and learn!
Do you have any special areas of interest?
I really enjoy working on communication goals with clients. I love finding different ways for each client to be better able to express their wants and needs!
What varied experience do you have in your field?
I have worked on a research team at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Autism. I worked as a registered behavior therapist for 3 years before transitioning to the BCBA role. I have worked in a variety of settings including homes, schools, and center-based.

What are you passionate about?
I love working with our client’s families! Seeing how excited and energized parents get for their child’s progress is the best part of the job.
What do you enjoy most about working at Building Blocks Therapy?
I love that I get to work with such a collaborative team of individuals who want to help our clients grow into the best versions of themselves. I love how open-minded, positive, and supportive the BBT team is! I also love how excited we all get for each client’s successes and milestones
