How to Get Started:

  • Your first point of contact will be our administrative team. Our administrative team will ask you for some basic information, and you may be placed on our waitlist.

  • You'll set up an initial assessment through our scheduling department. For the assessment, you and your child will come to our office on your selected date and time to meet with one of our BCBAs. The BCBA will use a combination of parent/caregiver interview and child observation to conduct the assessment. You can expect the assessment to take between 1-2 hours. During this time, the BCBA will gather information about your child's strengths, abilities, and areas that need skill-building.

  • The BCBA will use the information gathered from the assessment to create a personalized treatment plan which they will submit to your insurance company. The treatment plan will include short- and long-term goals designed to address areas of individual needs, as well as parent training goals that have been identified in collaboration with the BCBA to assist with treatment carryover. The scheduling department will then reach out to you to coordinate a time for you to meet with the BCBA to review the clinically recommended goals, frequency, and setting for therapy. With your consent, we will send the treatment plan to your insurance company and wait for their decision. Treatment plans are required by all medical insurances and must be approved before services can begin. Our administrative team will contact you to discuss your options if the treatment plan is not approved as prescribed.

  • Once the treatment plan has been approved, your child can begin services. The scheduling department will reach out once we have a team comprised of a BCBA and RBTs that are fully trained and ready to start providing ABA therapy for your child.
