We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work directly with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans designed to improve communication, social skills, and daily living skills. You will collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and families to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Assist clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to reinforce skills and behavior plans.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in compliance with RBT certification guidelines.
• Must have RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or higher (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus).
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow behavior plans and data collection procedures accurately.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
