We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will assess, design, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans, helping clients develop essential skills and improve their quality of life.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and provide training to RBTs and ABA therapists.
• Monitor and analyze data to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote skill development.
• Provide ongoing support and adjustments to behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in compliance with BACB guidelines.
• Must hold BCBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and supervise staff effectively.
• Passion for making a meaningful impact on clients’ lives.
