Clinical Director

Erin Bailosky-Arter, BCBA

While in college, Erin worked as a nanny for a child with ASD and was inspired to pursue a career working with children on the spectrum. Erin loves working on social skills development and executive functioning skills and enjoys training and teaching others. Erin has worked with kids of all ages, has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Education, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Erin is passionate about ABA and working with children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. She loves working at Building Blocks Therapy because it is child-centered, flexible, and offers custom-made treatment plans to each child.

Abby Lang, BCBA

Abby is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst who chose to pursue a career in ABA therapy due to her passion for providing therapy to children. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients, with a special interest in problem behavior and implementing parent training. Abby has varied experience working with older clients to reduce significant problem behaviors and with younger children on Verbal Behavior. At Building Blocks Therapy, Abby loves tailoring effective ABA procedures to each child, and working with a variety of clients to see their progress throughout therapy. She is inspired by the positive changes she sees within the community served by Building Blocks Therapy-West Side.

Molly Wantz, BCBA

Molly is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a master’s degree in Education in Foundations in Behavior Analysis. She started her career in Speech Language Pathology but discovered her true passion in ABA therapy. She has diverse experience working with clients in-home, in clinics, and consulting with schools. Molly is passionate about helping children with developmental disabilities and finds joy in seeing them progress while having fun. At Building Blocks Therapy, she is part of a team that feels like family and values ongoing education for quality care.

Kathleen Keaney, BCBA

Kathleen has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Cognitive/Behavioral Neuroscience and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has a special interest in working with different communication modalities and has experience working with children of various ages, skillsets, and backgrounds. Kathleen is passionate about autism awareness, acceptance, and accommodation and enjoys using the principles of ABA in everyday life. She loves Building Blocks Therapy’s compassionate care approach to treatment and collaboration with other BCBAs to help clients be successful.

Alyssa Deley, BCBA + Trex

Alyssa, a devoted ABA professional with a background in Developmental Psychology, began her career in a pediatric hospital, where she observed the distinct treatment of typically and atypically developing children. This experience fueled her passion for bridging the care gap, leading her to specialize in ABA. Her medical field experience drives her focus on empowering clients in their medical care and daily tasks, with a strong emphasis on psychological well-being, compassion, empathy, and self-advocacy. Alyssa’s diverse ABA experience includes working in schools, centers, and hospitals, catering to a wide age range of clients. She holds a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Science in Applied Developmental Psychology with specializations in Children with Special Healthcare Needs, Child Life, and Child and Youth Development. Additionally, she is BCBA and COBA certified and has specialized training in trauma-informed care. Passionate about her work, Alyssa cherishes witnessing her clients’ growth and celebrating their achievements. At Building Blocks Therapy, she values the collaborative culture among BCBAs and RBTs, enhancing the center’s compassionate and client-focused ideals.

Paige Leitz, BCBA

Paige chose to pursue this career after gaining experience working with populations of various developmental disabilities. She has a particular interest in individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who also have comorbid diagnoses, such as GAD, OCD, ODD, and ADHD. Paige holds degrees, licenses, certifications, and special training in ABA. She is passionate about advocating for and providing care and service to those who may have a disability and/or need additional support, so that they may lead fulfilling lives. Paige is currently working at Building Blocks Therapy, where she enjoys making a difference in the lives of their clients and being part of a compassionate and committed team.

Molly Forrey

Molly grew up in Avon Lake and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Ohio University in 2021. She discovered her passion for ABA while working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at the Avon Building Blocks Therapy location, leading her to pursue a Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in ABA, which she completed in 2023. Molly loves forming meaningful connections with clients and their families and takes great pride in seeing the progress her clients make over time. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and reading.

Sara Boehm, BCaBA

Sara pursued a career in ABA after falling in love with the field as an RBT. She loves helping children learn meaningful skills with fully individualized programs and teaching strategies that might not be available in other settings. As a BCaBA, Sara has a special interest in teaching communication skills using AAC technology in collaboration with SLPs. She is passionate about supporting the next generation of behavior analysts and providing mentorship to trainees as they learn to become knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring professionals. Sara is proud to work at Building Blocks Therapy, where the team is committed to ongoing growth and learning in the areas of compassionate care and neurodiversity. She enjoys seeing children have fun and feel comfortable while being shown compassion and respect.

Jessica Balut, BCBA

Jessica Balut is a professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a strong background in psychology, international education, and caregiver training. Her journey began while working as a nanny for a child with ASD, where she saw firsthand the meaningful impact of ABA on both development and family life. This experience inspired her to pursue ABA as a career. Jessica has diverse experience applying behavior management strategies across various settings, including working with large families with special needs, serving as an Assistant Houseparent in a boarding school, and spending five years in Nanchang, Jiangxi, China. There, she first worked as an ESL teacher before becoming the Director of International Academics, overseeing and training a team that grew from 4 to over 40 international teachers. Her global experience strengthened her interest in multiculturalism, cross-language communication, and advocacy.
