Savannah chose a career in Applied Behavior Analysis after volunteering in middle school. Her primary interests are in early intervention and social skills groups. She has extensive experience working in various settings and has received multiple degrees, certifications, and training. Savannah is passionate about helping individuals with autism and their families grow their skills. She finds her job at Building Blocks Therapy rewarding because every day brings a win that impacts many people’s lives.

David Mynchenberg, BCBA

Paige chose to pursue this career after gaining experience working with populations of various developmental disabilities. She has a particular interest in individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who also have comorbid diagnoses, such as GAD, OCD, ODD, and ADHD. Paige holds degrees, licenses, certifications, and special training in ABA. She is passionate about advocating for and providing care and service to those who may have a disability and/or need additional support, so that they may lead fulfilling lives. Paige is currently working at Building Blocks Therapy, where she enjoys making a difference in the lives of their clients and being part of a compassionate and committed team.

Andrew Rego, BCBA

Andrew transitioned into a career in ABA after working as a middle and elementary school teacher and collaborating with professionals in the field. He is passionate about how clinical progress can be applied in home and community settings, and enjoys seeing learners use their skills in real-world situations. Andrew has been in the ABA field since 2021, after nearly a decade of teaching in Hawaii. He is a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) and also holds behavior analysis and teaching licenses in Hawaii. At Building Blocks Therapy, Andrew values the supportive team atmosphere and the positive impact they make in clients’ lives.

Cathy pursued a career in ABA after realizing her passion for working with children as a paraprofessional in a school setting. With a Master’s in Christian Counseling from Oral Roberts University and a Postgraduate Certificate in ABA from Purdue Global University, Cathy’s diverse background includes working in juvenile behavioral facilities, family counseling, and special education. She is passionate about her faith and family and is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children through ABA. Cathy loves the supportive and fun environment at Building Blocks Therapy and enjoys the daily smiles, laughter, and the growth she witnesses in the children.

Upon discovering the field after completing her undergraduate studies in 2022, Audra didn’t know what to expect but remained very open-minded about exploring ABA. She immediately fell in love with the field and the joy of witnessing clients and their families acquire new skills.

Andrea Dixon is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience supporting children ages 2 to 16 across home, school, community, and clinic settings. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Neuroscience and Psychology from The Ohio State University and a Master of Education in Special Education from Kent State University. Andrea is passionate about trauma-informed care, functional communication, and creating meaningful, play-based learning experiences that help children and families thrive.

Erica Smith is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with four years of experience working with individuals of all ages and support needs. She earned her Master of Science from Capella University and is licensed as both a BCBA and COBA. Erica’s interests include toilet training, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Skills-Based Training (SBT). She is passionate about helping neurodiverse individuals and their families build meaningful, fulfilling lives through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Rachel Upp is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with nearly a decade of experience supporting children with autism and their families. Her background spans specialized autism schools, ABA clinics, and general education settings, allowing her to provide compassionate, individualized care. With a foundation in Child Life, Rachel is passionate about creating supportive environments where children can build confidence, develop new skills, and be their authentic selves. She values Building Blocks Therapy’s collaborative, child-centered approach and the opportunity to help every child grow through play and meaningful connections.

Erin Bailosky-Arter, BCBA

While in college, Erin worked as a nanny for a child with ASD and was inspired to pursue a career working with children on the spectrum. Erin loves working on social skills development and executive functioning skills and enjoys training and teaching others. Erin has worked with kids of all ages, has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Education, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Erin is passionate about ABA and working with children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. She loves working at Building Blocks Therapy because it is child-centered, flexible, and offers custom-made treatment plans to each child.
