Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Molly Wantz, BCBA

Molly is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a master’s degree in Education in Foundations in Behavior Analysis. She started her career in Speech Language Pathology but discovered her true passion in ABA therapy. She has diverse experience working with clients in-home, in clinics, and consulting with schools. Molly is passionate about helping children with developmental disabilities and finds joy in seeing them progress while having fun. At Building Blocks Therapy, she is part of a team that feels like family and values ongoing education for quality care.

Alaina Sincich

Alaina is completing her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology and is working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). After graduating from the University of Michigan with bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Film, she joined Building Blocks. Seeing the meaningful impact ABA had on the lives of her clients and their families inspired her to pursue the field as a lifelong career.

Alaina is passionate about early intervention, developing communication skills, feeding therapy, compassionate behavior support, and creating engaging, play-based learning environments where children can grow and thrive while having fun. She values building strong relationships with families and collaborating to develop individualized treatment plans that support each child’s unique strengths and goals. At Building Blocks, she appreciates the supportive team environment and shared commitment to providing high-quality, individualized care for every client.

Gianna Lichty

Gianna is pursuing her master’s degree through Florida Institute of Technology working towards becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She found her way in ABA after working as a victim’s assistant within a prosecutor’s office, and quickly developed a passion for helping children develop skills that increase their independence and improve their quality of life.

Gianna has a strong interest in early intervention and is passionate about developing communication, individualized behavior intervention, as well as feeding therapy. Her goal is to identify each child’s individual needs and help create practical, meaningful strategies that support progress across all areas of development.

At Building Blocks Therapy, Gianna values a collaborative approach to promoting client success and the genuine care shown toward every client, family, and staff member. She appreciates being part of a team that works together to provide compassionate, individualized care and meaningful outcomes for the children and families they serve.

Erin Bailosky-Arter, BCBA

While in college, Erin worked as a nanny for a child with ASD and was inspired to pursue a career working with children on the spectrum. Erin loves working on social skills development and executive functioning skills and enjoys training and teaching others. Erin has worked with kids of all ages, has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Education, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Erin is passionate about ABA and working with children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. She loves working at Building Blocks Therapy because it is child-centered, flexible, and offers custom-made treatment plans to each child.
