Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Molly Wantz, BCBA

Molly is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a master’s degree in Education in Foundations in Behavior Analysis. She started her career in Speech Language Pathology but discovered her true passion in ABA therapy. She has diverse experience working with clients in-home, in clinics, and consulting with schools. Molly is passionate about helping children with developmental disabilities and finds joy in seeing them progress while having fun. At Building Blocks Therapy, she is part of a team that feels like family and values ongoing education for quality care.

Assistant Clinical Director

Abby Lang, BCBA

Abby is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst who chose to pursue a career in ABA therapy due to her passion for providing therapy to children. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients, with a special interest in problem behavior and implementing parent training. Abby has varied experience working with older clients to reduce significant problem behaviors and with younger children on Verbal Behavior. At Building Blocks Therapy, Abby loves tailoring effective ABA procedures to each child, and working with a variety of clients to see their progress throughout therapy. She is inspired by the positive changes she sees within the community served by Building Blocks Therapy-West Side.

Clinical Director

Erin Bailosky-Arter, BCBA

While in college, Erin worked as a nanny for a child with ASD and was inspired to pursue a career working with children on the spectrum. Erin loves working on social skills development and executive functioning skills and enjoys training and teaching others. Erin has worked with kids of all ages, has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Education, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Erin is passionate about ABA and working with children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. She loves working at Building Blocks Therapy because it is child-centered, flexible, and offers custom-made treatment plans to each child.
